Enhancing the Overall Performance
Several studies have been conducted to understand the benefits of the Vasper System. These studies, which are backed by supporting literature, verify that Vasper is safe to use and provides various physical benefits, including increased energy and strength. A study observed a significant increase in testosterone as a result of Vasper use, which explains the improvements in performance. The anabolic hormone increase with Vasper use is beneficial for anyone looking to enhance their physical performance. Here are a few examples of these studies.
Physical Performance
A study by San Jose Shark Conditioning Coach Mike Potenz revealed an outstanding physical performance increase using Vasper. Mr. Potenza worked with 131 ParaRescue Squadron, an elite military operator specializing in medical rescue in remote areas and warzones, to assess their performance results. The results are shown here.

Increased Testosterone
Testosterone is involved in the health and well-being of both sexes. It has a significant effect on overall mood, muscle growth, cognition, social and sexual behavior, metabolism and energy output, the cardiovascular system, and the prevention of osteoporosis.
A great study investigated the testosterone levels in five professional baseball players. Within only 8 Vasper sessions conducted in 2 weeks, 80% of the participants saw an increase in testosterone. See the results for yourself.

Safety Evaluation
In a Pilot Safety study, researchers used 20 healthy participants to assess the use of Vasper cooling cuffs on the cardiovascular system. The results show that there are no significant changes in blood pressure and heart rate between using the Vasper cooing cuffs at the recommended pressure (0-85 mmHg) vs. not using the cuffs.
