During this pilot trial, 14 US armed forces veterans participated to investigate the effect of Vasper on physical and emotional functions. The trial lasted six weeks, and the participants completed 24 Vasper sessions. At the post-trial evaluation, the participants reported a 71% better PSQI score (sleep quality) and a 71% increase in energy based on the SF-36 quality of life questionnaire.

Reduced Blood Sugar Level
