Unique Exercse Program

Our specially designed fitness program will increase your stamina, strength, and flexibility and will help you to prevent injuries and re-injuries. We also create an individual weight loss program just for you, without using an aggressive and unhealthy approach. For better and long lasting results, we select and combine different exercise equipment and styles, such as cardiovascular training, free weights, TRX Suspension Training, pulley system, GYROTONIC, Pilates, gym ball, foam roller, and BUSO, etc.

Please check with your doctor, especially if you have any health problems, like high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, and a family history of heart disease before you begin any exercise program.

Fitness Training for Senior Citizens

Senior citizens are more prone to combinations and varieties of health problems. Muscle weakness, loss of balance, stroke, panic attack, heartburn, diabetes, high cholesterol, and high blood pressure are some of these health problems. A good way to fight against and prevent these issues is an individualized exercise program.

Our therapists and experts will design a program specially tailored to you. To do so, we will review your health condition carefully. We evaluate your physical condition by taking you through a series of tests to determine your current level of fitness. Then, based on your test results and the goals you want to achieve, your exercise program will be designed.

Senior citizens require a slower progression in the severity of the activities. We follow your progress and keep track of your short and long term goals. By doing that we can refine and redesign your program.

  • Personal Training Semi-Private Sessions

Semi-Private Session 

Our studio offers personal training semi-private sessions. The sessions consist of two participants. You will still receive quality and professional instruction. As in our private sessions, participants in semi-private sessions will enjoy the following benefits: low impact stretching and strengthening of every muscle group, while raising the heart rate.

The feedback we have received from our clients after their sessions include the following: feeling stronger, taller, energized, more relaxed, revitalized, and renewed. Each semi-private session is approximately 55 minutes.

 Independent Fitness Program

jumpIf you are looking for a high-quality fitness session on your own, this is the right program for you.

This program is designed for those of you who have completed a minimum of 5 Fitness training sessions in our studio. To participate in this program simply do the following:

  • Complete a minimum of five (5) private fitness training sessions with our trainers.
  • Receive a trainer's approval to participate in IGP.
  • Purchase your IGP package.
  • Read and sign our policies.
  • Schedule and reserve a time.
  • Enjoy your session.

Please have in mind that GYROTONIC and Fitness Training are unique and complex in performance. Inappropriate and incorrect exercising may result in injuries. Therefore, our trainers may suggest that you continue with your private or semi-private sessions until you have mastered the exercises and can perform these safely on your own.
